If you fail to install it properly yourself it is your own fault. We are not liable for damage done to your home as a result of your failures.
5. We are not responsible for any and all activities you do with your installed party pipes. This includes but is not limited to injury, illness, death, or damage to personal property.

We are not liable for any and all damages whether to your own person/guests or to something physical in nature like your own home that may occur from you attempting to do or recreate any of our ideas from the content on this website. This includes but is not limited to installation of party pipes via simply reading the concepts, or making your own four loko.
7. We accept risk of loss while any item(s) is being delivered, however once delivery is accepted by the purchaser we no longer carry this burden. For physical items this is receiving them in the mail, for our guide, this is acceptance via your email.
8. Partypipes.com has a 7 day return policy. After this time has expired the product will be deemed acceptable to the purchaser. If this is the case, we will not accept a return. If the product is defective, the purchaser will mail it back to partypipes.com at their own cost, and partypipes.com will be obliged to return the buyers money. This will only be applicable if the purchaser has in no way damaged the item.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless partypipes.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents or any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering of the Website against any and all claims of third parties due to or arising out of your use of the Website and/or your violation of the Terms and Conditions.
